Even in troubled times people will gamble to try and reverse their fortunes. Yet studies last year during the US recession showed that gambling in casinos was way down and online casinos were suffering too. In fact there were plenty of online casinos going under and others barely surviving. That trend is now tilting back the other way and recent surveys show that people are back to their merry gambling ways. This is good news for the whole economy. If people have enough money to spend on online gambling they are likely not as worried about their financial life as they used to be.
